We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account. 

  1. Course Access & License 

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the AI Video Bootcamp content for your own learning. 

You may not copy, share, modify, or distribute any of the course content without prior written permission from us, doing so will result in legal action against you. 

  1. Payments, Refunds & 30-Day Guarantee 

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified in a written payment plan agreement.

If you are unsatisfied with the AI Video Bootcamp for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your purchase date. To request a refund, email us at [insert email] with your order number and reason for the request.

All content provided in AI Video Bootcamp — including videos, scripts, templates, downloads, graphics, and written content — is owned by us or our licensors. All rights are reserved. 

Any unauthorized use or duplication of the content will result in legal action. 7. Third-Party Tools & AI Platforms 

The course may involve the use of third-party tools or platforms (e.g., MidJourney, Pika, or ChatGPT). You are responsible for complying with the terms and licensing agreements of those platforms, which are separate from this agreement. 

  1. Course Results Disclaimer 

We make no guarantees about your specific outcomes or results. Your success depends on your own effort, consistency, and application of the material. The tools, strategies, and insights taught in AI Video Bootcamp are designed for educational purposes only. 

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties 

AI Video Bootcamp is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. 

  1. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of AI Video Bootcamp. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the course.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to AI Video Bootcamp and all associated content may be revoked without refund.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom. You agree to resolve any legal dispute exclusively in the courts located in The United Kingdom.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the website. Continued use of AI Video Bootcamp after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
