5.1. Membership Records and Advertising Measurement

We use Skool to provide our membership service and Zapier to record membership events for operational reporting and to check the accuracy of our advertising reports. These records can include your name, subscription email address, the event date and a unique event identifier supplied by Skool.

Where permitted by applicable law and consistent with your privacy choices, we may share eligible membership events with Google to measure whether our Google and YouTube advertising leads to memberships. The data used for this measurement may include your subscription email address, which is processed using hashing for Google's matching, the event date and time, an event or transaction identifier, and an advertising click identifier where one is available. Our service providers may process the original email address as part of this workflow. Hashing changes an email address into a coded value that can be matched against another coded value; it does not make the information anonymous.

Where consent is required, we use this information for advertising measurement only when valid consent covers that use. Agreeing to our terms or purchasing membership does not, by itself, replace that consent.
